With my agency, Look Listen, I led the complete redesign of MySychrony.com, the customer-facing website of a Fortune 500 company that receives over 10 million visits per month. The design process included creating wireframes, UI mockups, and often clickable prototypes of over 40 unique pages throughout the six-month project timeline.
