Long a fan of package design and craft brew culture, I set out to create and design my own brewery: Ouest Brewing Co.

Based out of Jackson, Wyoming, the name comes from a French expression "Etre a l'Ouest", which translated literally as "to be from the West". It's used, however, to describe someone who's an oddball. An outside-the-box-thinker. A true character.

I designed this brand from the ground up - including the brewery logo and two different beer designs - as the final project in one of my design courses at CU.
