The company was using a variety of different logos from throughout its history on everything from sales invoices to sweatshirts.

Navigator designed a new look that combined the established and conservative with the contemporary and stylish.

The use of the stylised gull gave the marine connection without resort to the usual waveforms and ropes used by so many similar organisations.
